Position Details
- Title: Retail Customer Service Rep 1 -
- Location: On-site - Saraland, AL
- Contract - 3-4 months
  Pay range - $13/hr - $14.4/hr
Job Summary
This position serves as the initial point of contact for customers in a local business office. The role includes customer service and cashier responsibilities , requiring a professional, tactful, and courteous approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and greet customers in the local office
- Process payments and balance cash funds
- Represent the company to customers in a positive manner
Requirements / Preferred Experience
- Proven customer service experience
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative
