Executive Team Leader Assets Protection (Assistant Manager Loss Prevention) - N. Dallas, TX 3201 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034-9446 Pay range: $64,000.00 - $128,000.00 Responsibilities Drive total store sales and increase profitability by ensuring product is in stock and available to guests. Manage, influence and validate a safe and secure culture by driving physical security and safety processes; lead store response and emergency crisis situations and create plans for in‑store events. Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security procedures. Identify shortage risks in key divisions and develop strategies and tactics that reduce shortage and drive profitable sales. Lead investigative and verbal de‑escalation training; facilitate other trainings as needed for AP team, store or district. Maintain all required training records. Manage the identification and resolution of internal investigations; complete internal interviews as directed. Anticipate and identify theft and shortage trends; develop proactive strategies to prevent them. Determine operational shortage priorities and educate teams. Manage prevention, identification and resolution of external theft incidents and investigations. Work a schedule aligning to guest and business needs, including early morning, overnight, evening and weekends. Build partnerships to identify market trends and competition strategies; leverage guest insights to drive business. Build close partnership with Store Director. Develop, schedule and deploy resources based on safe, secure and theft trends. Plan, lead and follow‑up on organizational and operational change. Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management. Anticipate staffing needs, create talent plan and recruit both long and short term. Support onboarding and development of AP team leaders in district/market. Develop, coach and lead team members and team leaders to elevate skills and expertise. Communicate and educate AP priorities, including shortage priorities, to team and peers. Create and model safety culture in store; recognize safe behaviors; investigate injuries and implement action plans. Act as first responder for in‑store incidents (e.g., security, weather). Provide service and a shopping experience that meets guest needs. Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion; manage bias. Follow all safe and secure training and processes. Perform all other duties as required by the business. Qualifications 4‑year degree or equivalent experience. Meet any state or local licensure or legal requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong business acumen. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity. Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable. Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis. Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently. Ability to access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues. Ability to apprehend subjects in accordance with company policy. Physical ability to lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds and climb ladders.
