Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and provide individualized interventions to support recovery, functional mobility, and performance. Daily responsibilities include delivering one-on-one patient care, documenting assessments and progress notes, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role also involves coordinating care across the continuum, participating in team meetings, and contributing to a safe, inclusive, and patient-centered clinic environment. The Physical Therapist will have opportunities to participate in continuing education and apply best practices in orthopaedic, sports, and general rehabilitation settings. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, functional training, and support for safe transitions across care settings. Working knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and sports-related conditions. Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Maine. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Effective interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics. CPR/BLS certification and familiarity with electronic medical records are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
