Pharmacy Care Representative

As a Pharmacy Care Representative, you'll work in a team environment to provide superior customer service that exceeds patient expectations. Key responsibilities include customer service, patient care, inventory management, compliance, and sanitation. You will receive written prescriptions, process them, and ensure all prescription deliveries are finalized. You will also manage over-the-counter inventory, comply with HIPAA regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications include age requirement of 18+, experience in retail or pharmacy, strong communication and customer service skills, mathematical skills, PC skills, cash-handling skills, ability to work in a team, and willingness to cross-train. Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED. Licenses/certifications include completion of all required training and certification.

Physical demands include working in a fast-paced, retail, office environment, standing for extended periods, lifting 30 lbs or more, and maintaining vision requirements for the job.
