Revenue Strategy Director - Product & Monetization

Motive is seeking a Director of Product Strategy, Monetization & Operations to own the commercial and financial engine of our R&D organization. You will lead revenue, pricing, packaging, margin and cost optimization across Product and Engineering, partnering with senior leaders daily. You will shape near- and long-term strategy, translate market and customer insight into multi-year plans, and run R&D cadence including planning and reviews.
