Whether working one-on-one with clients or in our spacious group homes in Howell, MI, you'll play a meaningful role in helping others live comfortably and independently.

Positions Available:

• 1 Full-Time: 7:00AM-3:00PM (32-40 hours per week) - TBI Group Home - Max of 6 Clients
• 3 Part-Time: 3:00PM-11:00PM (Approx 24 Hours per week) - Home Care (1:1, 1:2 Ratios)/TBI Group Home/Apartment Program
• 4 Full-Time: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM (32-40 hours per week) - Home Care (1:1, 1:2 Ratios)/TBI Group Home/Apartment Program
• 2 Full Time: 11:00PM- 7:00AM (32 hours per week) - 1-Home Care (1:1, 1:2 Ratios) & 1-Group Home

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Support community engagement and outings
• Perform light housekeeping tasks
• Prepare meals
• Collaborate with a caring and dedicated team
• Administer medications & perform vitals

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (accommodations available)
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
• A passion for caregiving (experience is a plus, but not required)
