We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist members with their health benefits and pension plans. No prior benefits or call center experience is required—we're looking for dependable individuals with a strong work history and excellent customer service skills. You'll help customers by phone, email, and web chat with enrolling in benefit plans, updating information, and answering questions about their coverage. Job Duties Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and web chats Help members enroll in health and pension benefit plans Update member information and process account changes Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage Provide friendly, professional customer service Learn multiple client accounts through cross-training Schedule Monday-Friday only (No weekends!) 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM CST Flexibility to work any shift within these hours is required Training schedule may differ from your permanent shift During peak season, expect a 40-hour work week with occasional overtime During slower periods, hours may range from 32-40 hours per week based on business needs Requirements High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of stable, verifiable employment history in any industry Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems Reliable high-speed internet Quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work Must live within one hour of Richardson, TX Must be able to report onsite on Day 1 to pick up equipment and attend occasional meetings or special projects as needed Apply Today!
