DG Foods Poultry Processing Production Associate

DG Foods is seeking dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our poultry processing team. Openings include production associates, debone line associates, poultry cutters, packaging team members, material handlers, and general laborers. Team members play a vital role in producing high-quality poultry products while maintaining food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process, trim, debone, cut, package, label, and inspect poultry products.
• Operate production equipment and use knives and hand tools safely.
• Maintain production goals while meeting quality and yield standards.
• Follow all GMP, USDA, HACCP, and company food safety procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Wear required PPE and report safety or equipment concerns immediately.
• Support team members and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

At least 18 years old.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Reliable transportation.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Preferred

Poultry, food manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.

Experience using knives, hand tools, or production equipment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.

Perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.

Work in cold, wet, and refrigerated conditions.

Wear required PPE, including cut-resistant gloves, hairnets, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
