Location: Murrieta, CASchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Position: Full-TimeAbout the Role4 Corners Repair & Restoration is looking for an experienced Shop Mechanic to maintain and repair a variety of customer-owned and company vehicles, equipment, and machinery.If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting mechanical problems, and working on different types of vehicles and equipment, this may be a great fit. You'll handle preventive maintenance, inspections, general repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards.What You'll DoPerform preventive maintenance and routine service on vehicles and equipment.Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues.Repair or replace brakes, suspension, steering, batteries, belts, hoses, cooling system components, and related parts.Assist with minor hydraulic repairs and troubleshooting.Test vehicles and equipment after repairs to ensure safe operation.Identify larger or more complex repairs that require advanced diesel support.Maintain accurate service and repair records.Keep tools, equipment, and the shop clean, safe, and organized.Assist with general facility, grounds, and shop maintenance to support safe and efficient operations across the shared workspace.What We're Looking For3+ years of hands-on mechanical experience preferred.Experience with automotive, fleet, construction equipment, restoration, or similar mechanical work.Strong preventive maintenance and general repair skills.Ability to troubleshoot common mechanical and electrical problems.Comfortable using shop tools, diagnostic equipment, jacks, lifts, and testing equipment.Able to work independently and manage priorities.Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.What We OfferTools providedHealth Benefits Package, 401(k) Employer Match, Vacation, Paid Holidays, CA Sick TimePay: $25.00-$34.00/hour DOEPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs. and regularly stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, reach, and work around vehicles, equipment, moving parts, and varying temperatures while using required PPE.Learn more about 4 Corners Repair & Restoration at 4cornersrepairrestoration.com.This is an at-will position.
