Building customer connections, the full-time Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist will educate clients on products and services, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and resolve inquiries in a remote setting with a flexible schedule including evenings and rotating Saturdays. Key responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experiences through engaging conversations Educate customers on IGS products and services to drive sales and retention Navigate systems to provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Fluency in both English and Spanish Two years of experience in a customer-facing environment preferred Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and Internet Explorer Ability to multitask and adhere to a weekly set schedule
