Certified Nursing Assistant

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Windemere Park Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Our dedicated team is passionate about delivering compassionate and personalized care to seniors and individuals with chronic illnesses.

About the Role:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide vital support with mobility and ambulation, including walking, transferring, and using assistive devices
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Responsibilities:

• Assist with vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Aid residents with daily routines, such as feeding, toileting, and incontinence care
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care plan development
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
