What You’ll Be Doing

As a Custodian/General Helper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Cleaning Tasks : Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring they meet health and sanitation standards.
• Minor Repairs : Handle small fixes like replacing faucet washers or toilet flappers.
• Inventory Management : Read invoices for delivered inventory and arrange warehouse items according to inventory guides.
• Equipment Assembly : Follow assembly instructions for new equipment like service carts or storage racks.
• Proactive Maintenance : Be a self-starter who identifies and addresses cleaning or repair needs without being directed.
• Health and Sanitation Compliance : Learn and follow all health and sanitation rules to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with the following qualifications and skills:

• Experience : At least 1 year of custodial or related experience.
• Physical Ability : Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to Detail : Excellent attendance and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
• Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to make minor repairs and assemble equipment with ease.
• Organizational Skills : Capable of arranging and managing inventory efficiently.
• Self-Motivation : A proactive attitude to identify and address tasks without supervision.
