Owning the customer onboarding and implementation process, the full-time Onboarding Operations Specialist will manage the network inventory onboarding for a SaaS product, ensuring a seamless customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and project manage the network inventory onboarding process Lead biweekly calls with customers and manage customer communications Design, implement, and improve scalable workflows and processes, including tooling, automation, and AI agents Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in startup operations, tech, or consulting Demonstrated excellent project management skills with a focus on process improvement High degree of comfort with Excel, including managing and manipulating large data sets Demonstrated high emotional intelligence for effective customer interaction and team management Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
