Job Description

Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and standards
Support cooking activities by following established procedures and safety guidelines
Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas
Participate in menu planning discussions and help implement new dishes or specials
Ensure all food service activities comply with health regulations and safety standards
Maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations in a clean, organized manner
Support catering events by preparing and serving food as needed while ensuring excellent customer service
Follow proper food storage protocols to prevent contamination and waste
