Service Advisor We are looking for a hard working individual with the willingness to succeed in a fast pace high volume store. Must be reliable, customer service orientated, and multi-tasking is a must. Only serious candidates to apply, prior experience is recommended. CDK experienced with prior automotive background a plus! Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair options clearly. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle diagnostics and repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and follow up with customers post-service. Stay informed about automotive technology and service trends to provide knowledgeable advice. Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
