As an Adolescent Therapist specializing in serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual violence, you will become a cornerstone of our holistic healing work. Your voice will help shape the future of trauma therapy, and your expertise will be called upon to innovate, support, and empower.

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based individual and group therapy to adolescent survivors, embracing an approach that centers their unique strengths and identities.
• Collaborate closely with advocates and community partners to ensure seamless, wraparound support for every client.
• Develop creative interventions—art, movement, nature, narrative, and more—to foster resilience and support recovery beyond traditional talk therapy.
• Embody and model trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive practice at every level.
• Contribute to ongoing program evolution: your insights, innovations, and feedback will directly impact the services we provide and the lives we touch.
• Champion prevention and awareness by facilitating workshops, training, and public education initiatives.
• Advocate fiercely for survivor autonomy, continually seeking out new ways to break cycles of violence and promote justice.

• Flexible, Survivor-Led Care: You’ll have the autonomy to co-create treatment plans with clients, honoring their voices, choices, and cultural backgrounds.
• Multimodal Interventions: We encourage experimentation with art therapy, somatic therapies, mindfulness, and beyond. Your creativity is welcome here.
• Ongoing Professional Growth: You’ll receive regular training, mentorship, and opportunities to spearhead pilot programs that push the boundaries of trauma care.
• Technology-Enabled Reach: We offer in-person one-on-one, group and telehealth modalities, making therapy more accessible and client-centered.

• Provide direct short and long-term trauma-informed therapy to adolescents impacted by domestic and sexual violence.
• Screen callers and provide assessments for adolescents interested in individual and group services.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment goals.
• Offer crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with parents/guardians and other professionals on behalf of the client.
• Act as an ambassador for our mission, both within the organization and in the greater community.

• Empathetic, nonjudgmental, and unflinching in your belief in survivor resilience.
• Passionate about social justice and committed to continued learning around anti-oppression and intersectionality.
• Collaborative in spirit—believing that the best outcomes emerge from shared wisdom.
• Skilled at holding space for complex trauma, and sensitive to the diverse realities of gender, race, class, ability, sexuality, and more.
• Communicative and transparent, able to listen deeply and speak honestly.

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field (or currently enrolled and near completion).
• Licensed or license-eligible in this state (LPC or LCSW preferred, LMSW or PLPC required).
• 2 years direct clinical experience with adolescents, ideally with survivors of trauma preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed, survivor-centered, co-occurring symptoms, and strengths-based therapeutic models.
• Ability to provide culturally competent care across diverse backgrounds.
• Comfort and skill in both in-person and telehealth therapy.

• Experience with creative, expressive, or alternative therapeutic modalities.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
• Familiarity with restorative justice, harm reduction, or peer support models.
• Previous work in advocacy, prevention, or case management.
