Clinical Psychologist

Licensed PsychologistMilestone Health Partners of Williston is growing and seeking to add a part-time to full-time licensed psychologist who has experience in working with the pediatric and/or adult populations within an outpatient clinical setting. This position offers flexibility with providing services to specific populations and presenting concerns. We value providing high quality care to patients to meet each milestone across the lifespan and place an emphasis on career development for our professional staff.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompletes diagnostic interviews to identify current needs of patientsSelects, administers, scores, and interprets psychological tests and completes psychological assessmentsAssesses patients and makes recommendations on the need for or modifications of therapeutic activitiesConducts various forms of individual and group psychotherapy, including specialized areas of treatment such as trauma-informed CBT and family counselingConsults with medical personnel regarding patient's mental health statusWrites reports regarding patient progress and competencyParticipates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetingsParticipates in training programs as a supervisor for traineesWorks collaboratively with other disciplinesInitiates, designs, collaborates, and reports on psychological research or program evaluationPresents on behavioral health topics to individuals in the communityCompensation and BenefitsMilestone Health Partners values offering a flexible work schedule to assist staff in balancing career and family responsibilities.
