Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time day/night shifts. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care and building trusting relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and other activities of daily living for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including observations and interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to foster a safe and supportive care environment.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.

Qualifications:
- Current and valid LPN license in [Tennessee].
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
