Responsibilities Managing complex financings, handling purchases and sales, and negotiating leasing matters. Overseeing regulatory compliance for condominiums and cooperatives in New York, including offering plan preparation, sponsor submissions, and filings with the New York State Attorney General's Office. Drafting and negotiating a wide range of real estate contracts. Conducting due diligence, coordinating with title companies, and managing all phases of the real estate closing process. Qualifications At least 4‑6 years of direct experience in commercial real estate transactions, ideally with a background in cooperative and condominium development. Strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
