Job Description The Affordable Housing Acquisition Associate plays a critical role in identifying and securing properties that support affordable housing initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, build relationships with stakeholders, and coordinate the acquisition process to expand affordable housing portfolios effectively. Responsibilities Identify potential properties suitable for affordable housing development or preservation Conduct market research and financial analysis to support acquisition decisions Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and community stakeholders Coordinate due diligence activities including property inspections, environmental reviews, and title research Negotiate purchase agreements and facilitate the acquisition process Collaborate with legal, finance, and development teams to ensure timely closings Track acquisition pipelines and report progress to senior management #J-18808-Ljbffr Trandon Associates, Inc
