Job Description Handle sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing transactions. Draft, review, negotiate, and revise purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and other commercial real estate agreements. Counsel clients throughout the lifecycle of complex real estate transactions and help identify practical solutions to business and legal issues. Coordinate transaction strategy, documentation, negotiations, due diligence, and closing activities. Work closely with attorneys across the firm's transactional and business practices on matters involving overlapping corporate and real estate issues. Develop trusted client relationships and take increasing ownership of matters and transactions. Contribute to the continued growth of the real estate practice with the potential to assume significant leadership responsibility over time. Qualifications 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional law experience. Experience with acquisitions, financing, and commercial leasing. Excellent contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills. JD and active attorney license in good standing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong client-service instincts. Law firm, in-house, and solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
