Qualified professionals are sought for the following assignments:

• K–5 elementary caseload, focusing on direct therapy, student evaluations, and IEP management.
• K–12 separate school caseload, supporting students with disabilities through specialized interventions and adaptive communication strategies in a multidisciplinary environment.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active North Carolina State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly recommended.
• Direct experience with elementary-aged students or individuals with complex, low-incidence needs is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated skill in evaluations, development of IEP goals, and delivering a wide array of therapy services.
• Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication abilities to partner effectively with educators and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to student needs.
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals and objectives in compliance with school and state standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s educational journey.
• Offer expertise in AAC systems and adaptive communication for students with specialized requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to student progress meetings.
