Scrum Master - II

Ideal Candidate: A transformational Agile practitioner within infrastructure experience who can coach operational teams and help move them toward structured Agile practices. Role: This role supports the network infrastructure teams responsible for connectivity across applications, firewalls, switches, nodes, and data centers. The teams operate in a highly reactive operational environment dealing with incidents, outages, and network support tickets. Currently, these teams are not Agile yet ; the organization is starting an Agile transformation , and their work has recently been moved into Jira . The goal is to bring these operational teams into the Agile practice using Kanban within the SAFe framework . This Person: Act as a team-level Agile coach helping infrastructure teams transition into Agile ways of working. Design and implement Kanban workflows from scratch for teams new to Agile. Guide teams through Agile transformation from forming/storming to norming stages . Support teams operating in reactive environments with incident-driven work . #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
