Measurement Skills – Accurately interpret and apply measurements, including proficient tape measure use. Quality Focus – Apply quality standards with precision, maintaining zero to minimal defects per unit. Work Order Interpretation – Read and understand detailed work orders with accuracy. Team Collaboration – Actively participate in PPS, 5S, and TPM initiatives to drive efficiency. Scheduling Flexibility – Work required shifts, including overtime, to meet operational demands. Training Support – Assist in onboarding and on-the-job training for new team members. Independence – Work effectively with little to no supervision while maintaining high performance. Physical Endurance – Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and performing extended standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and squatting. PRODUCTIVITY

Effective use and coordination of resources to accomplish specific goals and outputs while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction. Control and reduce truck hours to optimize operations. Efficiently utilize people and resources such as overtime, equipment, and materials. Plan and execute daily work both efficiently and effectively. Coordinate activities across departments to ensure smooth plant operations. Achieve truck delivery goals including daily, monthly, and on-time deliveries. Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain appropriate availability and manage work-in-process.

Creativity in approaches to safety, personnel, productivity, and quality related problems. Seek and develop new or improved processes that drive productivity and customer satisfaction. Identify and develop solutions to problems as needed

QUALITY

Demonstrate a commitment to quality and the quality process. Completes assignments in an accurate and thorough manner. Produces work that meets or exceeds standard including satisfying the requirements of internal or external customers. Display personal quality attitude and quality leadership/sponsorship. Monitor established work procedures/practices; follow specifications and implement changes as needed. Take an active role in daily truck audits, following up on issues and corrective actions. Monitor quality of trucks in process and in rework, and communicate required actions. Actively pursue defect reductions and positively impact defect measurements. Implement and maintain quality improvement efforts and maintain processes.

SAFETY

Lead by personal example to create and maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Enforces or follows safe work practices. Achieve zero lost time injuries and reduce OSHA recordable injuries. Assure compliance with safety policies and safe work practices. Maintain consistent daily housekeeping of all areas of responsibility. Utilize established programs and personal efforts (e.g., safety meetings) to improve safety performance. Display personal safety attitude and safety leadership/sponsorship.

EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT / TEAM LEADERSHIP

Provide associates with objectives and standards specifying results to be achieved. Provide tools, training, and support as needed. Create a motivating climate supportive of each team member becoming fully competent. Display and promote teamwork and effective communication within Production and the company as a whole. Deal quickly and effectively with associate issues/concerns. Adhere to all legal and company policies and procedures. Take an active interest in training all new and existing associates assigned within your area of responsibility. Maintain continual effective communication with associates assigned to your area of responsibility. Perform performance coaching and counseling as required to ensure associates meet desired expectations. What Sets You Apart: High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements: Step into the heart of our fast-paced manufacturing plant, where every task drives progress. In this hands-on role, you'll be on your feet—standing for extended periods, walking, and using your hands to operate tools and equipment with precision. Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment. You’ll also lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces.
