PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

divh2Physician Assistant/h2pPrincipal Duties:/ppObtains and performs complete medical history of physical data on patients./ppReview patient records./ppPerform physical exams and record findings./ppAssists supervising physician in any way appropriate that complies with the Alabama statutory rules and regulations as administered by the ASBME during surgical procedures (when applicable)./ppAdministers injections, oral medications, and sutures wounds. Prepares written prescription orders for drugs and controlled substances.
