Job Title Client Delivery Specialist - Wealth Technology & Reporting Position Summary A rapidly growing fintech and wealth technology platform is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist to join its client solutions and data operations team. This role blends finance, technology, client service, and operational support, offering hands-on exposure to portfolio reporting, investment data management, wealth technology systems, and alternative investment reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and client-facing skills, along with experience supporting wealth management platforms, investment reporting systems, or portfolio operations. Key Responsibilities Analyze and explain portfolio performance results Perform account reconciliations and resolve breaks, cancels, and corrections Review private equity and hedge fund statements for system input and reporting purposes Support performance reporting and investment data integrity Client Support & Onboarding Assist with client onboarding and account setup Provide day-to-day support for client issues and operational requests Build strong relationships with clients, custodians, and vendor partners Deliver training and support on reporting platforms and tools Configure financial software applications and reporting platforms Support data feed management and asset setup/classification Create custom client reports and reporting solutions Coordinate with technology vendors regarding system enhancements and data issues Operations & Process Improvement Support operational workflows and controls Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization Work collaboratively across teams to ensure timely project completion and service delivery Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in: Wealth management operations Investment operations Client service Performance reporting Experience with: RIAs Family offices Wirehouses Strong understanding of: Alternative investments Performance calculations Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Comfortable learning new software and technology tools Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
