Bartender Position at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village

Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Bartender to join our team at Prosperous Penny, our speakeasy where sophisticated dcor, residential comfort, and a bold bar program come together to create a lively and memorable social experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about craft cocktails, guest connection, and delivering an elevated bar experience. What You Will Do:

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the food server using the hotel's point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest's original order; anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs and specialty drinks.
• Maintain an accurate inventory count, process log entries for voids and spillage, cut and prepare fruits and other beverage garnishments.

What You Bring:

• Two or three years previous experience in a luxury Food and Beverage outlet
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
