- Facilitate inbound and outbound patient communications, accurately register and schedule patients' appointments
- Utilize Epic electronic health records (EHR) system in maintaining proper record of all interactions.
- Serve as a central link of communication between patients, medical staff and the general public.
- Proficiency with the Epic EHR software platform (Must Have)
- Background in high-volume call handling or medical contact center environments. (preferred)
- Reliable work ethic with strict commitment to punctuality and schedule adherence.
- Earn a structured rate of $23.00/hr.
- Complimentary Parking
- Standard full-time day hours Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Contract assignment with potential for extension based on performance.
