Warehouse Operations Coordinator

You’ll help orchestrate the flow of our food distribution process, solve problems, and help others succeed. Simply put: you’ll help make the magic happen.

What You’ll Do

• Support the coordination of daily operational activities in our warehouse and distribution flow.
• Manage RF equipment—signing in/out devices and ensuring readiness at shift start and end.
• Use our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to build trips, assign work orders, allocate loading doors, and keep things flowing.
• Assign pick tasks to order selectors based on their strengths and the needs of each trip.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Experience to solve product shorts—working with Inventory to verify availability or find substitutions.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and provide clear, effective communication to the ops team.
• Track and manage operational supplies—forecasting needs and ensuring we’re always prepared.
