Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA. Active Florida SLP license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Ability to float between facilities as required by the client. (Client requires SLP to float between multiple facilities in Sarasota.) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with dysphagia management and standardized swallowing assessments. Experience with electronic medical records commonly used in skilled nursing facilities. Experience treating geriatric populations in post-acute or long-term care settings. Assignment Details Shift pattern: Tuesday and Thursday at one facility and Monday, Wednesday, Friday at another facility in Sarasota, resulting in a 5-day work week. 32 hour guarantee per week.
