As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch Banking organization, Bowling Green Branch office, you will be based in Bowling Green, OH.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.The job description includes acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience, collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet, driving proactive sales conversations, creating customer loyalty, managing risk, and participating in branch daily operations.PNC employees are expected to be customer focused and managing risk, assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.Base Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.PNC offers a comprehensive range of benefits to help meet your needs now and in the future.
