We are a high-tech, patient-centered dental office seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate brings experience with dental assisting tasks, a passion for patient care, and the ability to support smooth clinical operations. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, embraces change in our ever-evolving office, and is excited to grow alongside advancing dental technologies. Prior knowledge of Eaglesoft Practice Management Software is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures.

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment.

• Take dental X-rays and digital scans/impressions.

• Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions and ensure they feel supported throughout their visit.

• Document patient treatments accurately in Eaglesoft PMS (preferred, but can be trained).

• Collaborate with the front office and clinical team to maintain efficient patient flow.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental assisting.

• X-ray certification (preferred but not required, depending on state regulations).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
