Shift Manager

Description Shift Manager Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service and cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the next shift. Assist departments in meeting their goals and targets during shifts. Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, Training. Requirements Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Passion to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
