Job Description

Job duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, and training on the job.

Communication skills required include the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Essential functions/skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, motor coordination to make precise movements with speed, and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Carrying duties include large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of pizza dough. Pushing duties include moving trays in dollies. Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrist. Workers must manipulate a pizza peel, phone, pizza cutter, and pizza boxes.
