Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (Ontario Mills - Ontario, CA)

Job Overview Fabletics is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our new location at Ontario Mills in Ontario, CA. In this role you will lead the team to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting sales and operations. You will leverage technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores and collaborate with the Store Manager and associate team. Responsibilities Embed our culture and values in everyday interactions and provide customers with insight on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers with knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and product function. Drive customer engagement in‑store and off through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback using the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Partner with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines and provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement. Strive for excellence in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a product knowledge resource for customers and team members. Achieve personal sales goals and maintain all safety and security standards. Assist with inventory activities such as unpacking boxes (weight 10–30 lbs) as needed. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail experience (prior retail management a plus). Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling, spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and similar. Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle ambiguity. Comfortable dealing with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store. Proficiency with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator with a talent for encouraging others. Capable of multitasking, setting priorities, and working well under pressure. Available for at least two consecutive hours of standing, reaching, and other physical activities; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required. Minimum age 18 years.
