Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional guest service. Maintain high guest satisfaction through feedback management and resolving concerns. Oversee daily restaurant operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control. Uphold top standards in food quality, presentation, and safety. Manage budgets, control costs, and enhance profitability. Conduct training and provide growth opportunities for staff. Manage inventory levels, orders, and stock rotation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. Resolve issues promptly, from guest complaints to staff conflicts. Qualifications Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and marketing strategies. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding business targets and goals. Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and licensing requirements. Strategic thinking and decision-making skills to drive business growth and success. Experience in staff training, development, and performance management.
