About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) with a focus on the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be the technical executive sponsor for the largest healthcare providers, making technology decisions on behalf of the organization. This role demands a leader who can provide technical guidance and support to the healthcare Go-to-Market team, oversee all technological resources, and establish the technology vision and growth strategies. The CISO will be responsible for managing the company's technology standards, conducting research on industry trends, and ensuring that the organization is at the forefront of technological advancements. A key aspect of the role is to support a growth strategy by expanding customer relationships, acquiring new business, and cultivating partner relationships. Applicants for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leadership roles, with a strong background in technology improvement and development within the healthcare sector. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates must be experts in supporting Go-to-Market teams within the healthcare provider community. The ideal candidate will also possess financial acumen, a proven track record in leading complex contractual relationships, and an excellent understanding of customer behavior. The role is remote-friendly and requires a professional who can deliver customer-centric tools that add value to end-users while anticipating and meeting internal operational needs.
