Physical Therapist - Clinic Manager

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as a Clinic Manager . This is a great opportunity for a PT looking to grow into a leadership role.

Previous Clinic Manager experience is preferred but not required. Training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy care to patients.
• Lead and support the clinic team.
• Help oversee daily clinic operations.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Support team development and clinical excellence.
• Make independent decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Communicate with patients, staff, leadership, and healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and use computer systems effectively.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist with 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Iowa PT license preferred.
• Previous leadership or Clinic Manager experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
