What You'll Be Doing

⚖️ Represent creditors, lenders, businesses, and financial institutions in a variety of matters

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, contracts, and leases

Conduct legal research and develop case strategy

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and negotiate settlements

Participate in hearings, trials, depositions, and court appearances

Manage a diverse caseload while providing regular updates to senior attorneys

Assist businesses with commercial transactions and corporate matters

Representative Matters May Include:

• Bankruptcy proceedings
• Creditors' rights litigation
• Commercial collections
• Foreclosures
• Secured and unsecured claims
• Recovery of collateral and personal property
• Commercial lending disputes
• Subrogation matters
• Business and corporate transactions
• Contract review and negotiation

What We're Looking For

✔ J.D. from an accredited law school

✔ Active South Carolina Bar license

✔ 1+ years of experience preferred

✔ Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

✔ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

✔ Self-starter who takes ownership of their work

✔ Exceptional communication and client service skills

✔ Adaptable, hardworking, and eager to learn

✔ Team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute wherever needed
