The shift leader sets the tonefor the store. At our Social Circle location, the Shift Leader leaves their shift better than they found it . We're looking for someone who takes pride in treating people the right way, and cultivating a fun productive atmosphere!
What you'll do
- Jump in wherever needed — on bar, on food, or wherever the team needs support
- Communicate any issues, needs, or wins to the opening team so nothing falls through the cracks
- Keep customers happy right up to the last order of the day — no one gets a rushed experience on your watch
What we're looking for
- Prior café, bakery, or food service experience — leadership experience is a big plus (not required but helps!)
- Someone who is self-directed and doesn't need to be micromanaged at the end of a shift
- Detail-oriented — you notice the little things and take care of them without being asked
- Dependable closer: you show up, you finish strong, and you lock up right
- Cool under pressure when the end-of-day rush hits at the worst time
- A team-first attitude — you lift others up and hold the standard without making it feel
