30hop Restaurant in Merriam, KS is looking for a FOH Restaurant Manager to our team!

In this role, you’ll help lead daily front of house operations, guest experience initiatives, team development, and restaurant coordination. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads from the floor, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for both guests and team members.

Compensation: starting at $53,000 per year and up based on experience.

Schedule: Full-time exempt management position. Schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs

Full-time staff BENEFITS: Available for all full-time employees who work 30 hours per week or more on average.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead daily front of house operations and service execution
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and team coaching
• Train and develop FOH staff to maintain hospitality standards
• Support scheduling, floor leadership, and shift execution
• Monitor service quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction
• Step into operational roles as needed including hosting, bartending, serving, or expo
• Address guest concerns and create positive guest experiences
• Communicate maintenance or facility related concerns to leadership
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Support additional operational responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality leadership experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 30 days
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move throughout shifts for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
