Work Environment

Our clinic operates in an outpatient setting, providing a dynamic and supportive workplace for our team. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations to assess physical capabilities and needs, formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual recovery objectives.
• Administer hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to promote patient recovery.
• Educate patients on effective rehabilitation strategies, including proper biomechanics and adaptive techniques, to facilitate their ongoing healing progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes to adhere to regulatory standards and support quality care initiatives.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and collaborate on patient care strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate in the field is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Nevada Physical Therapy license, or ability to obtain licensure prior to starting.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with an empathetic approach to patient interactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical physical therapy setting, with preference given to those who have worked in outpatient orthopedics.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
