Having recently secured $15m+ in funding, the business has grown to around 50 employees and is now entering its next major scaling phase. They're looking for their first dedicated Talent Acquisition Lead to help with the hypergrowth phase of the business. Someone who can build a best-in-class hiring function from the ground up, partnering directly with founders and senior leadership to attract exceptional talent across Engineering, AI, Product and Commercial teams.
