Funds Management Analyst

Brown Brothers Harriman is recruiting a Funds Management Specialist within the Funds Administration team to support our private and registered fund business. Fund Launch Coordination & Logistics Execute detailed pre‑close and post‑close fund launch checklists by tracking requirements, providing status updates, and escalating outstanding items. Coordinate launch activities across internal teams (Fund Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Investor Services, Operations, Tax, Technology) to support operational, regulatory, and system readiness. Assist with collection, organization, and routing of launch‑related documentation and operational inputs (account opening materials, regulatory filings, service provider contracts) to enable timely review. Maintain and update internal trackers, matrices, and reference tools to evidence launch readiness and support ongoing operational requirements. Support for BBH Fund Investments into Third‑Party Funds Coordinate operational requirements for subscription processes of BBH funds investing in third‑party vehicles, track key dates, and monitor required documentation. Prepare, organize, and route subscription‑related materials from third‑party managers to internal stakeholders. Maintain trackers and logs for subscription status and approvals to facilitate timely execution. Fund Maintenance Support Respond to inquiries on fund reporting, account setup, and coding issues from internal stakeholders. Aggregate fund and investor data to support inquiries and regulatory filings. Understand servicing protocols of Administration and Accounting Teams to propose effective operational solutions. Process Enhancement & Documentation Identify bottlenecks and support senior team members in implementing process or documentation improvements. Maintain and enhance launch checklists, trackers, matrices, and reference tools to reflect dependencies and ownership. Draft, update, and maintain procedures and templates reflecting current practices and lessons learned. Support post‑launch cleanup and stabilization, ensuring documentation is complete and reference tools updated. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and follow structured checklists. Attention to detail, comfortable working with trackers, logs, and documentation repositories. Strong written communication and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Copilot experience a plus). Collaborative mindset, unquestionable integrity, teamwork oriented, commitment to shared outcomes. Ability to meet deadlines while navigating ambiguity, strong conceptual and critical thinking. Salary & Benefits NY: $75,000 – $85,000 base salary + target annual bonus. Compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing.
