- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
- Computer proficiency required
- SAP experience would be a plus
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved PPE
- Provide necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control mining and production
- Ensure appropriate quality product is made at the Plant
- Analyze and monitor production efficiency and productivity
- Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels
- Manage performances of subordinate personnel and hold others accountable
