How you'll contribute.

A Radiology Technician who excels in this role:

• Reviews patient history and physician's orders. Educates patients on procedures, equipment, and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice as ordered. Monitors patient condition and responds to changes as appropriate.
• Prepares equipment and supplies, selects exposure factors and imaging parameters, and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Performs quality control checks on equipment; troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports malfunctions as necessary.
• Positions patients and performs imaging procedures. Analyzes results, identifies quality issues, and takes corrective action including repositioning or repeating procedures.

What we're looking for Applicants should have an associate's degree. Additional requirements include:

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiology or registry eligible (must take registry within 6 months of hire).
• BCLS

Hourly Range: $25.89-$33.45 per hour.
