Put your welding and fabrication skills to work with an established, family-owned metalworking company. We’re seeking experienced welders and fitters who take pride in quality work and can build from blueprints.

What You’ll Do
- Fabricate, assemble, fit, and install structural steel and metal components.
- Read blueprints and job orders to plan fabrication and welding tasks.
- Perform MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding on steels and alloys.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters, brakes, rolls, shears, and drill presses.
- Inspect your work for accuracy and quality while maintaining a safe, organized work area.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of welding and fabrication experience.
- Proficiency in MIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding, with basic TIG knowledge.
- Ability to pass standard welding tests.
- Knowledge of welding procedures, preparation techniques, and blueprint reading.
- Strong measurement and math skills, including applying trigonometry and accounting for material thickness and welding shrinkage.
- Reliable attendance, attention to detail, and flexibility for overtime and scheduling needs.
- High school education; additional technical training preferred.
