Respiratory Care Practitioner - Core ICU CICU Float

Respiratory Care Practitioner – Respiratory Therapy Location: Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital, Spokane, WA. Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for eligible rehires and external candidates who meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Relocation assistance may also be provided. The Department-based Respiratory Therapist is expected to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of contemporary Respiratory Therapy principles. She/He will collaborate with Physicians and Nurses to plan and implement patient care plans. Completion of the department orientation program as well as unit‑specific orientation, as required, is mandatory. This individual assists the Physician with the delivery and direction of Respiratory Therapy. She/He may be qualified by training and experience to operate and maintain complex ventilatory support systems, monitoring and resuscitation devices, respiratory care procedures and patient assessments, diagnostic procedures and oxygen therapy. Activities may also include other patient care functions for which she or he is qualified.
