Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate , you’ll be the face of Metro by T-Mobile, providing top-notch customer service while helping customers find the best wireless solutions. Your role includes assisting customers, handling transactions, maintaining store appearance, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
✅ Greet every customer with a smile & assist them with their shopping needs ????
✅ Work the register & process payments (cash/card) ????
✅ Maintain store appearance & restock inventory ????
✅ Follow safety & loss prevention procedures ????
✅ Stay up-to-date on promotions & product knowledge ????
✅ Drive sales & contribute to team success ????
Qualifications:
???? High School Diploma or equivalent
???? Strong communication & customer service skills
???? Ability to work efficiently at a register
???? Team player with a positive attitude
???? Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
SPANISH speaker is a plus
