We offer a flexible 4-day work week with a 10 hour/day schedule. This role supports the manufacturing environment by ensuring product quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Chesterfield, MO facility.Role ResponsibilitiesInitiating internal continuous improvement quality projects.Facilitating effective corrective actions internally and externally and includes dealing with internal personnel as well as customers, suppliers, etc.Supporting third party quality audits.Develop quality procedures to maintain controls of processes.Responsibility for customer certifications and product measuring and testing.Effectively developing and leading cross-functional process improvement teams.Transferring best practices, techniques, procedures and tools to peers and other process improvement teams.Applying Six Sigma tools and methodology to improve process capability and eliminate defects.Demonstrating successful application of new methodologies to improve product and process quality.Leading internal auditing of established management systems.Investigating and determine root causes for internal and external rejections, implement preventive corrective actions.Minimum QualificationsAssociate's degree in engineering or Technical field3+ years of quality and manufacturing experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or Technical fieldPreferred Aerospace Experience such as AS9100, FAA-PMAPreferred DMIR, DAR, DQR experienceImmigration Sponsorship Not Available:Applicants for this position must be currently and legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, J-1, F-1, CPT, OPT, etc.).Donaldson will not offer immigration sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position.International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the U.S. will not be considered.Key Words: Quality, Manufacturing, AerospaceEqual Opportunity Employer, including Disability and VeteransEmployment opportunities for positions in the United States may require use of information which is subject to the export control regulations of the United States.
